It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Sheffield Ingalls of La Jolla, California, born in Summit, New Jersey, who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Keith Rockwell Ingalls; and his brother John James Ingalls. He is survived by: his daughters, Liesl Anne McNamara of Yorktown and Virginia; his grandchildren, Maggie, Jack, Danny, Caitlin, Rachel and Virginia Katherine Jones of Arvada; his great grandchildren, Broderick and Gavin; his pet Diego; his stepsister Annie Clifford of Marblehead, Massachusetts; his stepdaughter Deidre Hamilton; his stepgrandchildren, Sullivan and McKenna Winesett; and also Lily.
