He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Mapula; and his brother Danny Medrano. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Verduzco; his sisters, Lorraine Medrano and Diane Mapula; and his children, Marina, Tudy, Desiree, Stefanie and Brianna. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren.
