We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Norman Albert Slaught Sr. of La Canada, California. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Norm; his parents, Francis Ellsworth Slaught and Ann Martin Slaught; his wife Claire O'Connor Slaught; his children, Martin (Sharmel), Kenneth (Elizabeth), Theodore (Yvonne), James (Julie), Marianne (Patrick), Daniel (Michelle), John (Robin) and Norman Jr. (Kathleen); his brother John Rhodes Slaught (Molly) of Palos Verdes, CA; his brother-in-law Joseph A. O'Connor (Jane) of Dana Point, CA.; his brother Monsignor Martin E. Slaught (Archdiocese); and his sister-in-law Adrianne Slaught (Melitta Slaught). He was also cherished by his 27 grandchildren, his 5 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any donations to be made to either the Catholic Education Foundation at 3424 Wilshire Blvd, 3rd floor, Los Angeles, CA 90010, or Huntington Memorial Hospital, Philanthropy Department, at 100 West California Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91105.
