He was predeceased by: his father Rick Ronald Dowd Sr.; his brothers, Tyler Dowd and Gerald Dowd; and his grandparents, Ida Osburne, Frank and Venola Dowd.

He is survived by: his mother Darla Roberts; his stepfather Linnie Roberts; his children, Ashley and Jiriayah Dowd; and his siblings, Jordan Roberts, Jake Bradley, Jeremy Roberts, Ricky Dowd Jr., Janie Dowd, Keshan Dowd and Anita Ellis.

A wake was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 5:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM and at 3:30 PM. A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Stewart Park (Valley Rd, Aberdeen, WA 98520).
