She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elvin Casteel and Emma Lu Casteel (Mikel); her brother Wayne; her significant other Terry Minshull; her children, Terrin Winter (Bill) and Tracy Ouzounian (Noubar); her grandchildren, Terry, Mark and Kaitlyn (Sheena); and her great grandchild Owen.
