He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Dani and Neva King Dani; his sister Margaret Dani McCune; and his stepfather Durward Ward. He is survived by: his wife Jane Blair Dani; his children, Lori Diaz (Victor) of Watsonville, Blair Dani (Kanani Barbree) of King City, Brianne Walker of Salinas, Bryan Dani (Karina) of Salinas and Marissa SanNicolas (Jay) of Twenty; and his grandchildren, Josh, Megan, Allie, Chase, Clay, Kacie, Rylan, Kenley, Luke, Ana, LeeAnn, Ethan and Jay Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
