It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Luisza Cruz-Yepez of Kerman, California, born in Brawley, California, who passed away on July 2, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Liz Gonzales, Melissa Guzman, Frances Cordero, Corina Yepez, Denise Aguilar, Doreen Yepez and Ernest Yepez Jr.; and her siblings, Lupe Cruz, Albert Cruz, Richard Cruz, Josie Cruz, Gloria Garcia, Emily Avila and Irma Monfore. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
