Maria Del Carmen Leos Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2022, at the age of 86, Maria Del Carmen Leos (Kerman, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Zeferina Sifuentes Esparza; her husband Cornelio Leos; her father Luis Domínguez; and her sister Petra Garcia. She is survived by: her children, María Cantú (Leo), KoKo Fimbres (Scott), Lourdes Scarr (Greg), Mike Solis, Cornelio Leos Jr. and Leonor Leos; her grandchildren, Kenneth Bowles III, Leo Cantu (Monica), Michael Hicks, Carmen Olfert (Stephen), Nina Fimbres (Richard), Alejandra Quezada Leos, Christopher Scarr (Mariah) and Thomas Scarr; and her nieces and nephews, Marta Piceno (Thomas), Tomasito Jr. and María Inez. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
She spent countless hours before the Blessed Sacrament every first Saturday of each month at our church until the pandemic, then the association went virtual and prayed at home, still devoted to praying throughout the night until 5am.
