We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2025, at the age of 91, James Arthur Seay (Kerman, California), born in Plainview, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Roup; his parents, Ernest Seay and Beatrice McCarty Seay; and his siblings, Bob Seay and Vera Mae Plumlee.

He is survived by: his children, Jeff, Greg (Tess) and Mary Anne (Kim); his granddaughters, Eva (Ofelia) and Hallie Seay; and his siblings, Neoma Glazebrook (Bob) and Lester Seay (Marybeth). He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to the charity of your choosing.
