He is survived by: his wife Ana Maria Rodriguez; his children, Rene Rodriguez, Carol Garza, Margarita Rodriguez, Gabriel Rodriguez Jr., Denise Rodriguez, Cassandra Rodriguez and Johanna Garcia; and his siblings, Ralph, Alex, Jose Luis, David, Johnny, Robert Rodriguez, Yolanda Duran, Mary, Julie and Silva Rodriguez. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren.
