He was predeceased by: his parents, Plácidio Hernandez and Maria Hernandez. He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria, Alicia, Yolanda, Robert and Baltita; and his daughters, Tina, Maxine, Valerie and Debbie. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
