He is survived by: his wife Mary Stein; his daughters, Ann Kraker (Michael) and Sara Johnson (Jason); his former wife JoAnn Carmack; his stepchildren, Kendra Date Schleiker, Caroline Date (Paul Alexander) and Paul Date (Robyn); and his grandchildren, Arleigh, Scotland, Finn Kraker, William, Molly Johnson and Aria Schleiker.
