It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Tscharner (Jackson, California), born in Yankton, South Dakota, who passed away on May 26, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband James Tscharner; her sons, Jay Tscharner and Jon Tscharner; her daughter-in-law Ann Tscharner; and her granddaughter Kate Fuso (Brian Fuso).
