He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his sisters, Johnette Perry of Orinda, CA and Susanne Dougherty of Citrus Heights, CA; his stepchildren, Pamela Moe, Edward Underwood Jr., Vernon Underwood and Tina Benson; his sisters-in-law, Sharon Willis, Sandy McDonald and Betty Johnson; his nephew Colin Murdock; his niece Sheri Willis Michelle Grolla; and his great-nieces, Amanda Vitt, Marianne Bain and Nicole Panutich.
