She was predeceased by: her parents, Cliffton Garrard (Bud) and Lucille Ball Garrard; and her brother Mark Edward Garrard. She is survived by: her husband Donovan Rock; her daughters, Louanne Oppel, Lisa Howe and Amy Simonsen; her sons-in-law, Matt Oppel, Philip Howe and Matt Simonsen; and her grandchildren, David, Ryan, Emily, Stephen, Caleb, Jonathan, Daniel, Maddy, Nate and Katie.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Cornerstone Church of Ione's building fund. Linda had a deep appreciation for architecture, decorating, and building beautiful homes, and contributions to the building fund would be a meaningful way to honor her memory.
