She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Ellen (Beets) and Jack Harry Reynolds; her husband Doug Sr.; and her siblings, Butchie, Jimmy, Jerry, Mary and Liz.
She is survived by: her son Douglas Smith (Sara); her sister Susan Reynolds; her grandchildren, Douglas Smith, James Smith, Jacob Schaller, Brandee Smith, Arielle Rudolph, Kayla Smith, Carolyn Smith and Jaclyn Stone; and her great grandchildren, Silas Bullard and Norah Hawkins. She is also survived by her grandchildren, she was their mother.
