It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Baeatrice Moore (Jackson, California), born in Panama City, Florida, who passed away on April 28, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kingsley and Joyce Moses (Gerald Wallace Moore Sr); her son Gerald Wallace Moore Jr.; and her siblings, Verna LaGore, Buddy and Zeff Kingsley.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Wallace Moore Sr.; her children, Becky Goff (Carey), Mel Moore (Michelle Cannette) and Leigh Anne Goff (Mike); and her grandchildren, April Boris (Chuck), Meagan Goff, Jessie Moore (David), Toni Moore, Cliff Goff, Brent Goff, Noel Goff, Lanell Hansen (David), Wesley Moore (Kirsten Payne), Michelle Moore and Sheri Moore. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and family friends.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic a private visitation will be held at Holder-Wells Funeral 4007 Main Street Moss Point, MS 39563 on Friday May 1, 2020.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Sparrow Hill Personal Care Home 4285 Beaver Dam Rd., Lucedale, MS 39452.
