She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend John Elliot and Arline Elliott (Ewing); her son David Allen Cowles; and her son-in-law Christopher Mark Martin. She is survived by: her husband Richard Webster Cowles; her children, Roger Cowles (Susan Lucarelli) of Tucson, AZ, Laura Reyes (William) of Irvine, CA and Sharon Martin of Palos Verdes, CA; her brother Bob Elliott (Barbara Siegel-Elliott) of Santa Monica, CA; and her grandchildren, David, Michael Lucarelli-Cowles, Caroline, Andrews Reyes, Julia, Emily, Jessica and Rosemary Martin.
