He was predeceased by: his parents, Refugio R. Rios and Maria G. Saldivar; his great grandchild Makayla Rios; and his siblings, Ines Saldivar, Enrique Saldivar and Evangelina Saldivar.
He is survived by: his wife Lupe Saldivar; his children, Petra Leon (Patty) of Indio, CA., Viviano Saldivar Jr. (Cecilia) of Indio, CA., Naomi Saldivar of Indio, CA. and Ruben Saldivar (Catalina) of Indio, CA.; and his sisters, Angelita Hernandez, Ruth Lopez, Mary Jiminez, Ofelia Garcia and Janie Ortega. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
