He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Salvador Velasquez and Mary Velasquez; his grandmother Alberta Velasquez; his granddaughter Breanna Velasquez; his wife Jennie; and his children, Andy, Albert, Paul and Diane Sandoval (Al). He was also cherished by his 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
