She was predeceased by: her parents, Wells Clayton Bowen and Zetta Cleone Bowen (Ormond); and her sister Margaret Ann Dodds (Bowen). She is survived by: her husband Garr Smith; her children, Dr. Craig Smith (Lisa) and Dr. Tracy Cumberland of Glendale, AZ.; her grandchildren, Garrett and Makena Smith; her stepgranddaughter Tanya Gheen (Cumberland); and her great grandchildren, Henry and Spencer Gheen.
