He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathie Lugo; his children, Julian Jay Lugo IV and Michelle Lugo; his grandchildren, Justina Lugo, Tavia Lugo, Aysha Mojarro, AJ Gonzalez, Adrianna Castellanos and Angelica Castellanos; his great grandchildren, Giovanni Mojarro and Vicente Mojarro; his parents, Julian Lugo and Maria Lugo of Lubbock Texas; his brother Keno Lugo of Lubbock Texas; and his former wife Elvira Mireles.
