He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Murillo; his wife Carmen Murillo; his sons, Henry'Hank'Murillo Jr. and Adam Murillo; his mother Angelita Real Murillo; and his siblings, Richard Murillo, Carlos Murillo, Edward Murillo and Brenda Murillo.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Murillo and Marina Murillo.
