He was predeceased by: his father Luis Fregoso; and his brother Juan Fregoso. He is survived by: his children, Fernando, Eleazar and Kimberly Fregoso; his wife Yesenia Olmeda-Fregoso; his mother Teresa Sanchez of Fregoso; and his siblings, Luis Miguel Fregoso, Emma Fernandez, Socorro Garcia, Cecilia Fregoso and Maria Eugenia Fregoso. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
