He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Lee Davis-Anderholt; his brothers, Mike Anderholt and Bruce Anderholt; his children, Traci Gibbs, John and Rob; his mother-in-law Marilyn Garst (Coon Rapids); his sister-in-law Becky Greenwald (Perry); his niece Adrienne Greenwald (Des Moines); his sister-in-law Sherry Fasholtz; his nephews, Tony Fasholtz and Sam Fasholtz; his niece Niki Fasholtz; his brother Eddie Anderholt; and also, Zach Greenwald (Perry) and Mike.
