It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Candace Bibby Carroll of Indian Wells, California, born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She loved her connection to De Leon and donated generously to the De Leon Historical Museum, Ben Hogan Museum in Dublin, De Leon Cemetery Association, and other local community projects.
