With heavy hearts, we announce the death of LCDR. Randall Thomas Cooley, USN RET of Imperial Beach, California, who passed away on January 4, 2023 at the age of 69. Beloved Husband of Ms. Sylvian Evans-Cooley, for 40 Blessed Years. Wonderful son in law of Asano Evans. A Fine Naval Officer, a kind and generous human being. Our hearts are broken because of our deep love for him, we miss him so much, his absence is truly painful and our memories will sustain us as he passes from this life to the heavens above.

It has been 95 days since you departed this earthly world, my heart has been breaking every moment, only interrupted by my tears. You were so beautiful to me and always will be.
