With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Randall Clark of Imperial Beach, California, born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on August 9, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eleanor Birdsey Holmes and Howard Bruce Clark; his wife Linda Clark (Hendricks); his children, Paul (Dell Clark), Jeanette Clark, Michael (Heather Clark) and Karen (Anthony Duban); his grandchildren, Jordan, Reagan, Kasey, Holden, Kenai, Judah, Kyra and Avery; his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Lori Clark; his nieces and nephews, Terry Foster, Greg Thomas, Ron Clark and Cliff Thomas; and his siblings, Al Thomas and Marge Etchandy. He was also cherished by family members and friends.

While in that position, he helped several food programs around the region improve and strengthen their operations in order to increase their reach and access to donations.
