She was predeceased by: her parent Augustus William; her great grandchild Matthew Adrian Lewis; her siblings, Charles Smith, William Shelby Smith, Dorothy Coleman, Mary Alice Rae, Ralph Smith, Roger Smith, James Smith, Eugene Smith and Elizabeth Lenna Fairbank; and her former husband Harvey A. Page.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Alice Gauley Smith; her grandchildren, Matthew Page, Christopher Page, Lucinda Lewis (Gary), Rachel Sater (Josh), Kelly Page, Ian Hartsook, Renee Zahm (James), Mark Weiss, Sydney Page-Hayes, Becky Pallente (Mike), Fredrik Page and Zip Sophia Page; and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Isaac, Jacob Lewis and Paul James Zahm.
