It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Marshall Tanner of Huntington Beach, California, who passed away on January 24, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. I held Marsh in such high regard, and when my fiancée met him, he felt the same, that we asked him to preside over our marriage ceremony (23 years ago) and we were very honored that he accepted. I’m so sorry to hear of his passing, he was a great man and friend.”
