He was predeceased by: his significant other Nana. He is survived by: his parents, Heath and Nikki; his sisters, Mia and Charlie; his grandparents, Charlie, Roni Palacios, Bob, Dolores Biocic, Ralph and MaryAnne Erskine; his aunts, Andi "Nini" and Chamane; and his uncle Lance.

In lieu of flowers, donations are welcome; All donations will be sent in Lance's name to a hockey fund supporting those who can't afford to play. (Venmo account @Monica-Hornberger-1).
