He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Costanzo and Maria Costanzo; his wife Catherine; and his siblings, Tom, Bill, Angelo and Rose (Graziano).

He is survived by: his children, Philip and Lisa; his granddaughters, Catherine (Toomey) and Sarah; and his sisters-in-law, Anne and Marcella. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
