“I was saddened to hear that Jon passed away, and Betty and his family are in my thoughts and prayers. I grew up across the street from Jon and his family on Chino Avenue in Ontario, CA, and we attended Mt. View Elementary School and Chaffey High together. I reconnected with Jon when he and Betty attended the Chaffey TBF gathering in Laughlin several years ago, and it was wonderful reminiscing about our younger years and talking about the "good ole days."
