He was predeceased by: his father Hans Legner. He is survived by: his wife Lucille M. Legner; his mother Christel Legner of Methuen; his children, Matthew H. Legner (Sandra) of Chester and Christianna J. McCann (Ryan) of Acton, MA; his stepchildren, Richard M. Bentley (Tammy) of Salem, NH and Andrea Bentley-Melle (Justin) of Amherst, NH; and his grandchildren, Autumn, Hazel, Gavin, Rowen and Lauren.
