She is survived by: her friend Garlene Margaret Zappitelli (Smith); her brother Clark Smith; her daughters, Denise Zappitelli, Michelle Zappitelli, Teresa Puckett, Carol Prager, Christy Borack and Janet Goodnight; and her grandchildren, Alex Goodnight, Alyssa Prager, Daniel Ramos, Garrett Goodnight, Kayla Borack, Julia Prager and Michael Borack.
