She is survived by: her husband Michael Ortell of Huntington Beach, CA; her children, Robin Evans (Brig), Lissa Starnes, Todd Starnes (Amy) and Heidi Starnes; and her stepson Christopher Ortell (Lori). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
