He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donna Mann and David Eby; and his cousin Cassandra Mann. He is survived by: his pet Syrah; his parents, Paul Eby and Barbara Eby; his grandparents, Philip, Eleanor Smith and Kathleen Eby; his sister Stephanie Eby; his niece Annika Eby; his aunts and uncles, Joan (Leonel St. Amand), James (Shirley Smith), Kathleen Smith (Chris Gutsche-Smith), David Mann (Lisa Van Colen), Doug (Cathy Mann), Brad (Pat Eby), Alan (Gwen Eby) and Peter Eby; and his half-brother Keith Nelson. He is also survived by numerous cousins in Canada and the U. S. We will remember him as a loving dog-dad, son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, cousin, and most of all, friend.
