She is survived by: her husband Tokuji; her daughters, Lori Fukumoto Gradel (Jason) and Cindy Minato (Tod); her grandchildren, Chad, Cole, Jack and Mia; and her siblings, Mitsuko Kodama, Etsuko Osako, Mineko Doteshita (Japan) and Mitsuo Ueno. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and relatives.
