He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Torres and Eleanor Torres; and his siblings, Andres Torres, Antonio Torres, Wally DeLeon, Ramon Torres, Rebecca Gonzalaz and Maria Weatherford.

He is survived by: his siblings, Andrea Ramirez and Jesse Torres (Darlene); his children, Michelle Carter (Steve), Richard Torres (Sierra) and Lisa Torres; and his family Lucy Payne. He is also survived by her three children and seven grandchildren.
