He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Salter and Florence Salter. He is survived by: his family Salter Farms; his siblings, Claudia Grubeck (Pete), Jeanne Lackey (Bob) and Judge Timothy Salter (Shirley); his nieces and nephews, Joni Criscione, Tina Weber, Melina Lucchini, Julie DeWitt, Kimberly Jacobson, Rebecca Kerr, Amy Salter, Elissa Salter, Steven Lackey and Travis Lang; and also Tom Salter (Barbara).
