She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rangel and Mary Rangel; her husband Alfred G. Lugo, Jr.; and her brother Joseph Hugh Horton. She is survived by: her children, Robert Lugo (Amber), Camille Abeldt (Phil) and Beverly Medeiros (John); her brother Jerry Horton (Carol); her grandchildren, Tiffany Galas (Jay), Jason Lugo, Natasha DeLeon, Johnny DeLeon (Rene), Amelia Stratton (Jason) and Erica Vander Veen (TJ); and her stepgrandchildren, Jenny Lay (John), Bryan Banuelos (Windy), Eric Banuelos, Jocelyn Splan (Blake), Hannah Castillon, Abby Castillon and Sophia Castillon. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to Disabled American Veterans or Adventist World Aviation.
