He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Feliz and Everett Ray; and his sisters, Diane John and Rita Ray. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Ray, James Ray of Ukiah, Dexter Sullivan of Ukiah and Frederick Villagomes (Charlene Costin) of Ukiah; his brother Charles Pollard of Hopland; and his grandchildren, Shawn Ray, Nahkila Ray, Miranda Ray, Anthony Costin, Tyler Costin, Cassady Costin, Adam Costin and Nerys Costin.
