She is survived by: her children, Ben Peake, Nancy Peake Portera (Mike) and Thomas Austin Peake, Sr. (Traci); her grandchildren, Leanne Portera, Lauren Portera, Kelsey Peake, Emily Trucks and Thomas Austin Peake, Jr.; her sister Joan Marie Carraway Dilworth; and also Robert P. Carraway. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Alabama Kidney Foundation.
