It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy McCormick of Hollywood Hills, California, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Jane and Clifton McCormick; her brother Michael McCormick (Becky); and her nieces and nephews, Erin Frazier, Blake Steidel, Owen Frazier, Finley Frazier, Brian McCormick, Maura and Cooper.
