He is survived by: his wife Maria Guadalupe Garcia; his children, Joefina Benitez of Morgan Hill, Sofia Benitez (Mateo Mendoza) of Gilroy, Carlos Benitez (Maria) of Hollister, Victor Benitez (Nancy) of Hollister and Javier Benitez of Hollister; his siblings, Teresa Barragan of El Monte, CA, Maria Juarez of Gilroy, Sara of Fresno, Jose Benitez of Jalisco, MX and Guillermo Benitez; and his grandchildren, Vanessa Benitez, Camilla Benitez, Ivan Benitez, Andrew Benitez, Monica Cardenas, Erica Cardenas, Natalie Benitez, Valerie Benitez, Juan Lazero, Cristian Mendoza and Alexandra Mendoza.
