She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Franco and Mary Franco. She is survived by: her husband William Cullumber (Alan); and her children, Cynthia Morgan (Ronnie), Charlotte Netto (George), Carolyn Noble (Jason) and Alan Cullumber (Terry). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
