He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Doll and Ellamae Doll; his wife Laurel; and his fiancée Kathy. He is survived by: his children, Brian of Sammamish, WA and Julie; his son-in-law David of Hollister, CA; his grandchildren, Derek (Holly) of Oceano, CA and Jody (Jason) of Soquel, CA; his siblings, Walter, Patricia and Lorraine; and his nieces, Denise, Jenny, Laurie, Terrie, Nancy and Tracy.
