He is survived by: his wife Marcia Sue Becker; his child Robin Lynch (Ivan); his brother Lee Perkins (Carol-Lee); his nieces and nephews, Karen Perkins Willis, Cynthia Perkins, Kathryn Holguin (Carlos), Kathleen Gillette (Kern), Yvonne Perkins, Frank Perkins (Theresa) and Mark Perkins (Basí); and his stepgrandchildren, Tiffany Macias (Kyle), Lydia Cabrera, Timothy Lynch, Theresa Plumb (Jason) and Daniel Flores.
