He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Parsons and William Parsons; his wife Adele Yuste Parsons; his daughter Debbie Parsons Nunez; his brothers, Fred Parsons, William Parsons (Art) and Richard Parsons; and his half-brothers, Benny Vega, Al Vega, Johnny Vega, Henry Vega and Manuel Vega.

He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Parsons Barnes (Dale) of Hollister and Diane Parsons Voss (Robert) of Davenport Iowa; his son-in-law Harold Nunez of Hollister; his siblings-in-law, Manuel Yuste and Connie Lucus (Tom); and his nieces and nephews, Cheryl Burt (John), Sandy Parsons, Michael Parsons (Barbara), Cindy Plowman (Bob), Scott Parsons and Eric Parsons.
