He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Villegas and Ernestina Villegas; his children, George Villegas and Veronica Romero; and his siblings, Maria Luisa Bravo, Carmen Aguilar, Roberto Villegas, Jose Villegas and Socorro Haro.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Ruiz Villegas; his children, Elsie Marshall (David), Ivy Villegas and Eddie Villegas; his grandchildren, Joel Romero (Michelle), Nello Romero (Amanda), Adrian Villegas (Lorena), Vanessa Marentis (Andrew), Jeffrey Villegas, Amanda Spitler (Dylan), Anton and Layla Borges; and his great grandchildren, Kiana Reyes, Natalie Villegas, Addison Romero, Elliana Marentis, Christian Romero, Elias Romero and Violetta Spitler.
